Equipment in the dry ice pellet briquetting and blocks packaging process
As mentioned above, our dry ice briquetting plant has 3 kinds of equipment: dry ice pelletizer machine, dry ice pellet briquetting machine and packing machine. The process is pelletizing→briquetting→packing. Let me introduce them one by one below.
This is the first step. The machine converts liquid CO2 into dry ice pellets.
A large capacity dry ice pelletizer should be selected to produce 3mm dry ice granules.
Dry ice pellet briquetting machine
Next, the dry ice granule briquetting machine can press dry ice pellets into blocks.
The output of this machine determines the output of the whole line, e.g. 500kg/h, 1t/h. You can choose according to your actual situation.
Packaging machine
Finally, the pillow packing machine is used for dry ice block packages in bags for sale.
