This Saudi client is a well-known local cold chain logistics service provider, focusing on urban and regional distribution of temperature-controlled products such as food, aquatic products and medical samples. As the customer’s order volume rises and the cost of dry ice increases, the company decides to build its own dry ice supply system to enhance its independence and cost control.
Customer demand
The customer clearly stated that the dry ice demand was between 200 and 300kg per hour. The dry ice pelletizer machine should be stable and easy to operate, as well as equipped with efficient heat preservation and storage equipment so that it can be used on demand. In addition, the equipment must be adapted to the local voltage (380V, 50Hz, three-phase electricity) to meet the needs of medium-sized cold chain operations.
Equipment selection
After understanding and many rounds of communication, the Saudi Arabic customer finally selected Shuliy SL-300 dry ice pelletizer, with an hourly output of 300-350 kg, to meet its daily ice supply. At the same time, it’s with a large-capacity dry ice heat preservation box, with a long-term heat preservation function, easy to dry ice pellet storage and transportation, to protect the freshness effect.

Commentaires des clients
After the equipment was put into use, the customer obviously felt that:
The dry ice procurement cost was reduced by about 30%, and the distribution flexibility was significantly improved. Especially during the peak order period, the dry ice output could be deployed at any time and no longer relied on third-party suppliers, which greatly improved the stability of the cold chain system.
